As a Retail Route Merchandiser, your mission is simple: fill up vending machines and micro-markets with mouthwatering food, irresistible snacks, and refreshing drinks. Plus, you'll have the freedom to work independently throughout the day as you service your assigned accounts. We'll even hook you up with a company box truck to make your deliveries.

Work Schedule:

Typically, you will work from 5am until the route is completed - Monday thru Friday.

• Loading up goodies like soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food for delivery to our awesome customers.
• Keeping micro-markets and vending machines looking their best and fully stocked. Don't forget to tally up the cash and coins.
• Guarding perishable food products, making sure they stay chilled to perfection.
• Executing plan‑o‑grams like a pro and ensuring everything looks top‑nch.
• Handling minor service and adjustments to broken equipment.
• Keeping records of transactions, inventory and more, staying organized.
• Messaging customers about new products and promotions, setting up displays and distributing promotional materials.
• Listening and resolving customer concerns on‑site or via supervisor chat.
• Handling water filter changes, light bulb replacements, and other machine maintenance.
• Maintaining the company vehicle in a clean, spick‑and‑span condition using a checklist.
• Following safety rules: DOT regulations, company guidelines for safety, cash handling, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking with customers and coworkers.
• Strong teamwork, always willing to go the extra mile.
• Comfortable with numbers: add, subtract, multiply, and divide easily.
• Problem‑solving skills when challenges arise.
• Valid driver’s license, can pass a DOT medical physical and drug screen while handling a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and navigate customer locations.
• Committed to staying fit through regular workouts lifting water, soda, candy, and snacks.

• Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Be at least 21 years old (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). a valid driver's license.
• Consent to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical physical card.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
