Technical Support Specialist –
Milledgeville, GA (Onsite Only)
6 Month Contract
Seeking a hands on IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance core IT systems, support end users, and keep operations running smoothly. This role directly impacts productivity across the organization and requires strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Surface Pros, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, Log Me In , encryption tools, and more.
• Manage system and network documentation, testing, and administration.
• Identify vulnerabilities, improve efficiency, and support business critical IT tasks.
• Train employees on hardware/software use and provide responsive technical support.
• Serve as the in house expert for Windows environments and widely used applications.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across end user devices and peripherals.
• Experience in an Active Directory domain environment.
• Proficiency with software installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot via command line.
• Familiarity with industry standard tools:
Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, Log Me In , etc.
