Are you ready to take the lead on exciting, high-impact projects in a collaborative environment? We're looking for a Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with clients, engineers, and interior designers to bring projects from concept through completion in a REVIT-only studio.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the preparation and completion of construction documents.
• Guide projects smoothly through the permitting process.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and clients across all phases.
• Partner with the Owner to set priorities and drive project success.
• Deliver projects from initial concept to final completion.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing projects and teams.
• Background in architecture with project management experience.
• Actively working toward architectural licensure.
• Proficiency in REVIT (required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-relations skills.

Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base, depending on experience.
