Commercial Pricing Analyst

The Commercial Pricing Analyst will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy.

• Analyses business and financial data.
• Completes complex analysis to create recommendations and create new value opportunities
• Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
• Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Reviews market trends, customer insights and profitability analytics to ensure reasonableness of findings and proactively seeks cross‑functional input to develop pricing strategies
• Explains and presents information at a high level.
• Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Ability to communicate with commercial teams on price changes, process improvements, or customer insight.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. At times, the role will need to coordinate a group or a team to achieve company goals on an interim/project basis.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. In order to meet our customer demands and internal objectives, at times this role will be required to work outside of the normal schedule, including weekends.

No overnight travel is expected for this position. There may be occasional local day travel or overnight travel as it related to training activities or support of assigned plants/locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a multi‑location and/or multi‑state organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate data into useful reports.
• Excellent communications skills required, with the ability to articulate solutions to complex issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; capable of learning and utilizing ERP systems to access data.

• Experience working in a fast pace, high‑growth company.
• Manufacturing or Distribution experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and application.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
