The salary scope for this role is$55,000 - $70,000based on experience.

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to manage daily financial operations:
Quickbooks, reconciling accounts, job costing and progress reports, AIA forms, audits, payroll, supplier accounts and project spending, invoicing, supporting executives with reporting and financial insights, and more.
- 3+ years of Quick Books Online/Desktop experience
- Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, job costing
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred
