As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Rolling Meadows. Role Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our suppliers to our warehouse and customers. This is an entry-level position perfect for a highly organized individual who is comfortable with data and eager to learn the consumer products industry. You will support the Senior Director of Supply Chain in daily operations, including procurement, inventory management, import compliance, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities Logistics & Shipment Coordination
  • Amazon Order Management: Develop and manage weekly inventory replenishment orders for Amazon fulfillment. This includes creating case labels for shipments going to Amazon via AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution).
  • Packaging Requirements: Determine the quantity of boxes and packaging materials needed to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Import Compliance (HTS Codes): Research and determine the most accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes for each item we import and maintain a detailed log for customs and compliance.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
  • Resolve transit issues (delays, damages, lost freight) directly with carriers and vendors.
Inventory & Operational Support
  • Packaging Operations: Facilitate the collection and printing of packaging materials for specific product lines, such as license plate frames and badge reels.
  • Raw Goods Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw goods and operational supplies needed for the Rolling Meadows facility.
  • Monitor general inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and reconcile any discrepancies in the system.
Procurement & Vendor Relations
  • International Ordering: Coordinate and place monthly replenishment orders with international factory partners to ensure consistent stock levels.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, production timelines, and documentation.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate product data (SKUs, weights, dimensions).
  • Generate weekly reports on supply chain performance and open orders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually.
