Personal injury law firm that represents clients who have been injured due to negligence in cases such as car accidents, truck collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and similar claims. The firm emphasizes aggressive yet compassionate representation and community involvement, including volunteer work and local engagement, and they serve clients throughout the Greater Chicago area.

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims
• Conduct client intakes, case evaluations, and investigations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Prepare and try cases before judges and juries, as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience handling personal injury cases
• Strong litigation experience
