This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse book of personal lines business while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. Reporting directly to the Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor, you ll be at the heart of our mission to protect what matters most to our clients.

In this role, you ll be the trusted advisor for an assigned group of accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. You ll oversee the day-to-day account management, ensuring our service consistently exceeds expectations and aligns with our revenue benchmarks. By fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, you ll contribute to our reputation for excellence and reliability.
Your work will directly impact our clients peace of mind, knowing their personal insurance needs are in expert hands.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective insurance solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Uphold Gallagher s commitment to integrity and service excellence in every interaction.
- Required:
Bachelor s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR
- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. - Preferred:
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service and building strong relationships.
- Experience in managing personal lines insurance accounts.
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and approachable manner.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and driving results.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
