How You'll Make an Impact
  • Apply claims management experience to make decisions, analyze exposure, plan action, and resolve claims.
  • Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, exhibiting empathy throughout the process.
  • Handle claims consistent with clients', corporate, and statutory policies and regulations.
  • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support outcomes.
About You
  • Claims background:
    Commercial General Liability – Churches.
  • Jurisdictional experience:
    Any.
  • Active adjuster licenses:
    Any.

As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims with moderate supervision.
  • Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years related claims experience.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Computer experience with claims and business software.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Litigation Management experience.
  • Experience with Sexual Misconduct claims.
