• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Assist in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
