Are you a proactive HR professional passionate about partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, engagement, and performance? We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support divisional leadership and their teams through strategic HR guidance and hands‑on execution across multiple functional areas including workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits, HSE support, ISO training documentation, immigration, and payroll backup.
In this impactful role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate organizational priorities and align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive, engaging, and high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance to leaders and employees on policies, programs, legislation, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, engagement, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
- Interpret HR metrics and business data to influence decisions and support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, including the Office Assistant.
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, employee wellness, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee and/or support programs related:
- Performance Management & Employee Development
- Reporting & Compliance
- Training & Development
- Immigration Support
- Contractor & Temporary Workforce Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze data and support strategic decision‑making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment
