Your Role as a BCBA:As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based intervention plans.
Adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure exceptional client care.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, service providers, and team members for cohesive client support.
Supervise and train RBTs, reviewing session notes for accuracy and quality.
Actively engage families in ABA therapy to drive better outcomes.

To join our team, you’ll need:
A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear background check.
Reliable transportation and physical ability to support clients’ needs.
