Job Location: Rolling Meadows, IL 60008

• Research and resolve insurance denials
• File appeals on denied or underpaid claims
• Check claim status on appropriate payor sites and contact insurances as needed
• Send Medical Records and other documentation to payors as requested
• Review of Accounts Receivable Aging reports
• Explain insurance benefits, policy requirements, and filing rules to patients.

• frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, talk and hear
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

• Business Casual

• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi-task well
• Computer knowledge
