• Check patients SNF/Hospice status
• Answer questions from staff regarding insurance
• Obtain referrals for office visits and treatments
• Calling patients regarding referral issues

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, talk and hear
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

• Business Casual

• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi-task well
• Computer knowledge
