Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent care for our patients
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Evaluate new patients, develop care plans, and set measurable, functional goals
  • Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and expected outcomes
  • Re-evaluate patient progress, revise care plans, and adjust goals as needed
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
