Customer Service Specialist

up to $23/hour

• Answer inbound telephone calls; address customer inquiries regarding products, troubleshooting issues and shipping issues
• Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
• Provide support to the Sales department
• Process customer orders

• 1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Care experience in a fast paced call center setting
• Experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook applications required along with knowledge of CRM systems
• High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree is preferred
• Proficiency with SAP or another ERP System is a must
• Excellent communication and customer rapport
• Strong time management skills
