How you'll make an impact
  • Has retention goals. Responsible for the day-to-day account management for routine/moderately complex client accounts.
  • Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
  • Leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
  • Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
  • Cultivates relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
  • Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts.
  • May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.
  • May provide support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer.
About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience. Health and Life License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
