Facilitates the processing of non‑trade accounts payable invoices.

• Uploads invoices into accounts payable system.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.
• Obtains all necessary documentation for processing.
• Responds to questions regarding invoices.
• Researches and resolves invoice issues, escalates more complex issues to team lead.
• Provides research and documentation to assist regional and corporate accounting teams.
• Communicates with various individuals from the branches and the finance area.
• Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards and policies and practices.
• Analyzes payables data as requested.
• Assists team lead with various projects.

• Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking/writing)
• Minimum:
  Bilingual (English, Spanish speaking/writing)
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• 4 or more years related experience
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Associate’s degree

• Organizing/Prioritizing
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem Analysis and problem solving skills
• Communication skills

Required: High School diploma and 3 years related experience.

Preferred: Associate’s degree preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
