Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse to support providers with direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting. You will perform patient interviews, vital sign collection, medication administration, charting, and triage of patient phone calls. Responsibilities also include assisting with physical exams, injections, infusions, and maintaining a safe, clean clinical environment.

• Carry out nursing procedures, including administration of prescribed medications and treatments, in accordance with nursing standards and clinic policies.
• Complete orientation and competency checklists.
• Obtain, verify, and record patients’ health histories; gather pertinent health data through physical assessments and biological sample collection.
• Provide basic patient care as ordered; administer medications and treatments; assist other health‑care professionals with exams, diagnostic procedures, and minor medical procedures.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensation, and test results in medical records; bill charges at the end of each treatment; ensure all activities are charted.
• Monitor incoming phone calls; respond to or return calls per policy and procedure.
• Promote wellness by providing patient education materials and communicating provider orders and instructions.
• Maintain clinic supplies; disinfect and clean exam/treatment rooms; manage infectious waste and sharps; remove dirty linen daily.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.

Minimum one year of LPN experience; clinic experience preferred.

LPN License in the State of Missouri.
