Starting at $29.50 per hour, with additional pay based on experience. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. This supervision must align with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and be in accordance with the department director or supervisor’s directives to maintain the highest quality of care. The LPN ensures that the resident comes first, treats the community as a home, and models person‑centered care.

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long‑term care.
• Previous geriatric nursing/long‑term care experience is a plus.
• I.V. certification is a plus.
