Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting‑edge technology. The flagship product – an AI‑driven, non‑invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines – provides a color‑coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact of blockages on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI‑driven, non‑invasive integrated heart‑care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and quantify coronary atherosclerosis.

As the IT Director of Enterprise Applications & Development
, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader for the software ecosystem that powers our business. You will lead the development teams responsible for our core platforms – including Net Suite, Salesforce and ADP – ensuring they drive competitive advantage for our Finance, Commercial, HR, and Operations teams.

• Serve as the primary IT thought partner for Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other functions within Heartflow.
• Translate business strategy into a multi‑year technical roadmap for all corporate applications.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle (selection, implementation, optimization, and sun setting) of all corporate software.
• Lead the strategic assessment of our ERP environment, providing data‑driven recommendations on upgrades, re‑implementations, or platform shifts.
• Ensure all applications meet the highest standards for security, scalability, and compliance (working closely with the Info Sec team).
• Manage the delivery of custom application development and complex integrations between Net Suite, Salesforce, ADP and the Corporate Data Lake.
• Provide technical governance for offshore development teams, ensuring code quality, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure that all application deployments align with the broader IT infrastructure and BCDR plans.
• Optimize SaaS spend by identifying redundant tools and ensuring maximum utilization of existing assets.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of Architects, Analysts, and Developers (onshore and offshore).

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proven experience managing Net Suite and Salesforce ecosystems. You don’t need to be the primary coder, but you must be able to “speak the language” and vet technical designs.
• Experience leading an ERP assessment or migration is highly preferred.
• Expertise in managing cross‑functional prioritizations and steering committees.
• Deep understanding of middleware, APIs, and data flow between front‑office (Salesforce) and back‑office (Net Suite) systems.
• BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $205,000 to $260,000 per year, bonus, and equity.
