Salary: $160,000–$220,000 (approx.)

Responsible for supervising the Count Team Staff, protecting the Company’s assets, and accounting for all funds related to slot validators, pit games drop, poker games, arcade money, and other gaming operations, adhering to minimum internal control standards (MICS). Ensures compliance with Graton Gaming Commission procedures and company policies, providing accounting with appropriate paperwork and accurate slot and games revenue information.

• Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino’s company-wide culture and service standards at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of work, including participation in the count.
• Sort money by denomination, verify totals, record figures in stiff sheets, and balance the figures to required documentation.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and MICS, documenting any discrepancies.
• Prepare timely and accurate daily paperwork for accounting, including daily win/loss reports.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Schedule and oversee Count Team department members; conduct performance appraisals, interviews, and corrective counseling for all Count Team attendants.
