Job DetailsSonoma County-based General Contractor with over 45 years of success in winery, hotel/resort, and hospitality projects across the North Bay. We are hiring an experienced industry veteran to lead projects in the Napa area. Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- Develop budget parameters and perform conceptual estimating relating to that development.
- Develop alternative construction schemes and subcontractor, supplier interest in the project.
- Monitor physical development of specifications for compliance with budget parameters.
- Prepares budget.
- Reviews contract for conformity with Company guidelines.
- Organize and schedule design‑effort including recommendation of design build subcontractors.
- Enforces compliance with Company subcontractor insurance and bond requirements.
- Oversees all aspects of project administration.
- Acts as key owner contact.
- Monitors performance of subcontractors against subcontract terms.
- Prepares job profit forecasts.
- Identifies and implements method and systems for achieving cost savings.
- Assures construction meets established quality standards.
- Supervises and trains subordinates.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned in order to meet shifting organizational priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams.
- Extensive experience with large‑scale commercial projects (hotel/resort, winery, hospitality, and other related high‑end commercial project experience strongly preferred).
- Strong estimating skills.
- Proficient with Auto Desk (or similar), Timberline, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications.
