- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
What you’ll bring to the team
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients for the times that work best for them
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 / hour
Local minimum wage laws apply. The actual pay for each candidate will be based on experience, education, skill, performance, and the location where work will be performed.
