Class A CDL Shuttle Driver

Applying for the Class A CDL Shuttle Driver position at Performance Food Group in Rogers, MN.

• Base pay: $70,000 per year
• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000

• Sunday – Thursday nights, 7 PM to midnight start times, depending on route
• One or two turns per night with daily home return
• 5 nights per week from Rogers, MN to various domicile locations

• Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and/or PFG warehouse locations according to predetermined route and schedule
• Deliver assigned loads back to PFG warehouses for receiving into inventory
• Perform load and paperwork inspections, including product counts, invoices, and quality checks
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly
• Check in with direct supervisor for schedule confirmation, report issues, and secure equipment at shift end
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma / GED or state‑approved equivalent
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL‑A license
• 21 years of age or older
• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report for the past three years
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure one
