Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Sales Operations Coordinator

Our systems are designed to prioritize energy efficiency and maximize material recovery, contributing to sustainable manufacturing processes. With a strong focus on customer‑centric support, we are dedicated to seamless integration and ongoing client satisfaction.

Looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers while helping strengthen our sales operations infrastructure.

This role combines outbound prospecting and appointment setting with CRM management and operational sales support.

You will work directly with our BDM’s (who handles outside sales and closing) and play a measurable role in driving pipeline growth.

This is not an administrative role. It is a performance‑driven position with clear impact on revenue.

What You’ll Own
  • Outbound prospecting (calls, email, Linked In)
  • Rapid follow‑up on inbound leads
  • Setting qualified meetings for the BDM
  • Maintaining clean and actionable CRM data (Hub Spot)
  • Building and managing dashboards and reports
  • Trade show lead follow‑up and campaign segmentation
  • Supporting quotes and smaller transactional orders
  • Ensuring all sales activities are logged accurately
What Success Looks Like
  • 15–25 qualified meetings set per month
  • CRM is clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date
  • BDM spends more time selling and less time organizing
  • Fast response time to inbound leads
  • Consistent outbound activity and pipeline creation
Ideal Candidate
  • Comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Organized and detail‑oriented
  • Competitive and goal‑driven
  • Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sales environment preferred
