Overview

On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1456) – role rting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour. This On-Demand position offers a flexible schedule and requires commitment to shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Engage guests about Target Loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and how to use Wallet and the Target App.
• Handle returns following register prompts and partner with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests, delivering accurate and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies, ethical conduct, and compliance requirements; report hazards as needed.
• Support cash office processes and cash handling as required.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Accurate cash handling and cash office support when needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance).
• Flexibility to pick up shifts to meet store needs; maintain attendance as required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
