Quality Assurance Manager

Overview

Twin City Staffing is seeking a high-level Safety and Compliance Manager to join a manufacturing team in Rogers. This is a direct-hire opportunity to step into a leadership role as a long-tenured employee prepares for retirement. You will have the unique advantage of working alongside the current manager to ensure a seamless transition.

Location: Rogers, MN

Wage: $80,000 – $120,000 per year

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

• Direct Hire with weekly paychecks
• 401(k) with 4% match (100% vested immediately)
• 3 weeks of vacation and 8 paid holidays

• Lead a quality team of 4 across three shifts
• Manage SQF policies, procedures, and all internal/external audits
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and local environmental rules
• Resolve production quality issues and lead staff training
• Oversee material inspections, customer RMAs, and rejections
• Track and report quality KPIs to executive leadership
• Lead monthly safety meetings and the safety committee
• Optimize processes for efficiency and cost savings

• 3+ years in quality and safety management
• 2+ years in high-volume, continuous manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, or ISO (SQF is a plus)
• Leadership experience managing multi-shift teams
• Background in plastics or medical manufacturing is ideal
• Proficient with computers and quality metric tracking
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the workday
