DAL Machine –Precision Machine Shop in Rogers, Minnesota
We are DAL Machine, a family‑owned and operated production machine shop in Rogers, MN, where we pride ourselves on a true family feel—unlike big shops where you're just a number. Here, everyone knows each other, we support one another, and we celebrate hard work together. Our shop features a robust lineup of equipment, including:
- 8 vertical 3‑axis CNC mills (Brother and YCM) — some with 4th axis capabilities for more complex parts
- 8 CNC lathes (Doosan, Hyundai, Samsung – including 2‑ and 3‑axis machines, some with live tooling)
- Surface grinding
- Sawing
We machine everything from aluminum to challenging materials like Inconel, producing parts for diverse applications across many industries. Our production runs vary from short runs of 200 pieces to high‑volume orders up to 20,000+ pieces.
We're hiring motivated individuals for CNC Operator / Machinist roles. We have openings for both entry‑level candidates eager to learn and grow, and more experienced operators who can assist with setups on mills and/or lathes.
What We Offer- Competitive Pay

Starting at $20‑25 hour (with potential for increases as you gain skills and prove yourself) - Experienced operators (able to handle setups):

- Schedule:
4‑day workweek – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10‑hour shifts). Fridays are optional overtime at 1.5x pay. - Benefits:

- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts to tight tolerances.
- Load/unload materials, monitor machine performance, and perform in‑process inspections.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- For experienced candidates:
Assist with setups, tool changes, offsets. - Work as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- For entry‑level:
No prior CNC experience required – just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and eagerness to learn. - For experienced: 1+ years operating CNC mills/lathes (setup a big plus); ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a shop environment.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a consistent schedule.
