Project Manager / Estimator - Civil Construction
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support commercial and industrial civil site development projects. This role will be responsible for both estimating and managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for civil site development projects
- Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Oversee scopes including mass grading/excavation, underground wet utilities, and site concrete
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts
- Track project costs, change orders, and progress reporting
- 5+ years of experience estimating and managing civil construction projects
- Strong background in commercial and/or industrial site development
- Experience with mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, and site concrete
- Proficiency with estimating software; Agtek experience highly preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
