Position Summary

This position is responsible for front desk receptionist duties, serving as the primary back‑up for Cash Application, and providing administrative support to multiple departments across the organization.

Responsible for assisting personnel within the assigned departments in the successful performance of their duties by performing necessary clerical and administrative support functions required to ensure the efficient operations of the departments. Functions as a team member within the department and cross functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities
  • Professionally greets all guests and visitors on the telephone and in person. May request visitors to sign in and issue pass/badge. Directs visitors to proper meeting rooms.
  • Primary back‑up for Cash Application, which includes cash and check deposit processing.
  • Provides office administrative support for multiple departments.
  • Assists with filing and mail processing.
  • Reserves conference rooms and replenish supplies in conference rooms and other areas as needed.
  • Create presentations, reports and forms using personal computer as requested by management.
  • Answer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed.
  • Special projects, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6-12 months MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc.

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
