Our ideal Software Engineer Intern loves to code, has a solid foundation in computer science concepts, and is curious about how software is built in the real world. You'll learn new skills, tackle meaningful problems, and contribute to production‑level work while being supported by experienced engineers who want to see you grow.

• Build high‑volume traffic software in the frontend, backend, data analytics, machine learning, and Dev Ops areas.
• Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and other software engineers to build software applications.
• Develop new features from start to finish, which include designing architecture, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring the features.
• Iterate on improvements, while paying particular attention to quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science/Engineering degree or similar.
• Demonstrated strong programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Go, Ruby, Rust, etc.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Strong work ethic and ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
• Programming projects outside of the classroom (Git Hub, hackathons, ICPC) is a big plus.

Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis. The company does not sponsor employment visas for this role, now or in the future.

This is a hybrid role based in Rogers, Arkansas; the in‑office expectation is 2‑3 days per week.
