Sells is a middle‑market M&A advisory firm. We help business owners run sell‑side processes from preparation through closing.

We are investing in internal software, automation, and integrations that improve how we manage deals, documents, and workflows across our core systems.

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain internal applications, integrations, and automation. This is a hands‑on role with clear ownership. You will ship useful increments quickly, then improve reliability, security, and maintainability over time.

Reports to: CTO

• Build internal web tools that support deal execution workflows, operations, and reporting.
• Design and maintain API integrations across systems (REST, webhooks, and authentication patterns).
• Build and maintain n8n automations that move data reliably between tools.
• Develop backend services in Golang
  , including APIs and background workers.
• Develop front‑end features in Type Script .
• Work with stakeholders to scope work, clarify requirements, and deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Improve reliability through logging, alerts, and monitoring for critical workflows.

• Professional experience shipping production software as a full stack engineer.
• Strong Golang experience building backend services and APIs.
• Strong Type Script experience building user‑facing applications.
• Hands‑on experience building and supporting APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, auth).
• Hands‑on experience with n8n (or comparable workflow automation) in a production setting.
• Comfort working with databases and writing practical SQL queries.
• Experience using Git Hub for source control and collaboration.
• Ability to work in person in Rogers, AR five days per week

• Experience with tools like Tailscale
  , Fly.io
  , Linear
  , and Notion.
• Experience building internal tools and integration‑heavy systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS systems commonly used in professional services.
• Integrations: APIs across multiple SaaS systems.
