This role focuses on GM and Food areas of the store, including inbound, fulfillment, replenishment, pricing, and merchandise signage to ensure a consistent guest experience.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist and solve their needs.
• Thank guests and reinforce that we’re glad they chose to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and post promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know resources, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely and report hazards; follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• All other duties as needed by business priorities.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within time frames.
• Capable of handling cash operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and elements (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
