Location: Store - ROG-Rogers, AR
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.
- Help customers locate products and provide solutions
- Ensure quick, friendly checkout; handle cash accurately
- Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Follow SOPs and company policies for compliance
- Interact respectfully and positively with others; promote company values
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy objects, reach, and stretch
- Use ladders or equipment to access high shelves
Work Environment:
- Climate-controlled store setting; some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
