• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and provide information on current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features (Wallet) and direct guests to order pick-up, drive up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns per policy, collaborating with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with stocking during store hours.
• Promote safety, ethical conduct, and compliance; follow safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol regulations).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and engage around them.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or with a team.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced setting.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office tasks as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, with lifting requirements up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift; exposure to varying temperatures and elements may occur with certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
