As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest ready through replenishment. You are passionate about visual standards and thrive working with a team to get the job done while representing company values and bringing your real self to work.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive killer floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to floorset standards.
• You ensure your store stays in tip‑top shape by owning day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and taking action with leadership.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store always looks fresh.
• You champion a culture of recognition, celebrate wins with the team, and keep the guest experience as the merchandising team's top priority.
• You maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhere to AEO policies, and uphold shrink‑reducing strategies.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You are organized, detail‑oriented, and excellent at priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
