Purple Cow Food Expeditors (Expo) are responsible for professionally communicating information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is sent to tables in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest according to the Purple Cow specifications. Expeditors are responsible for the final presentation of the plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills.

Our goal is for all team members to cooperatively work with each other to consistently provide guests with “Outrageous” service.

• Maintaining a clean station
• Organizing prepared menu items
• Ensure proper delivery of menu items to the appropriate table either by other team members or yourself
• Packaging togo orders according to Purple Cow standards
• Ensure proper delivery of togo orders to the togo specialist either by other team members or yourself
• Stocking of job related items
