Overview
Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Walmart Omnichannel Activation Manager to drive long-term growth and activation across Walmart for Mondelēz brands. This role partners with the Walmart Customer Business Team (CBT) and works with internal and external teams to deliver omnichannel activations and optimize the MDLZ Digital Commerce Flywheel, including online assortment, availability, content optimization, search strategies, and retail media execution.
The preferred geographic location is Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Develop and execute omnichannel business plans in partnership with Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams. Ensure eCommerce best practices around assortment, content, search, and activation are incorporated into customer plans. Lead digital stewardship by assessing flywheel opportunities, driving projects, recording learnings, and sharing best practices across MDLZ. Remove barriers for growth in collaboration with Walmart and MDLZ teams.
- Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands at Walmart in partnership with the Walmart CBT and headquarters brand teams. Develop and implement strategies for best-in-class conversion to achieve aggressive growth goals. Manage briefs, brainstorms, program sell-in and execution. Oversee agencies, partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders as needed to ensure program success.
- Partner with retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities and roadmap, including capability assessments and transparent conversations about marketplace positioning and joint opportunities to achieve best-in-class results.

What extra ingredients you will bring- Shopper, Ecommerce, Trade or Brand marketing experience preferred
- Digital commerce and retail media experience
- 7-10 years of CPG experience
- Experience with Walmart Scintilla a plus
- Comfortable managing with ambiguity and adapting to changing scope
- Strong execution skills through formal channels and informal networks
- Understanding of Mondelez culture and external retail partner cultures
- Ability to establish partnerships with internal support functions
- Instills trust and credibility with customers to influence strategies
- Shares best practices across the team
- Experience presenting to internal and external leaders; capable under challenging questioning

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940, with eligibility for a bonus program based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays and vacation. Some benefits have eligibility requirements. Relocation support is not provided.
