Centerless Grinding Operator

Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Measure raw materials prior to processing and verify parts meet quality specifications during in-process audits;
Follow established procedures to operate and monitor grind lines to ensure all systems are functioning properly;
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot moderate to complex issues on centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells;
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet required specifications;
Identify, separate, and report nonconforming products while documenting findings accurately in paperwork and reporting systems
