Hours & Pay
1st Shift: $19.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime may begin at 5:00 AM)
2nd Shift: $19.30/hour | Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (overtime may extend until 1:30 AM)
3rd Shift: $19.55/hour | Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overtime occasionally on Fridays)
What You'll Do Each Day
- Set up and operate Osterwalder, Dorst, and Teledyne carbide presses
- Perform computer-controlled setup and make necessary adjustments
- Load and offload inserts from multiple presses
- Gauge inserts to ensure accurate dimensions and quality standards
- Use a scope to verify the visual characteristics of parts
- Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems
- Weigh and prepare Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
- Accurately separate scrap from good inserts and document results
- Maintain tooling, resurfacing as needed
- Troubleshoot moderate machine and production issues
- Operate additional equipment as required to support production

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator in an industrial or production environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Comfortable working in a controlled-temperature environment with required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves when needed)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime as needed
- Flexibility to train on an alternate shift if required
