2nd Shift Full Time Production Automation Technician 1, NSO
We are hiring a Production Automation Technician for our Rogers, AR location. This role is 2nd shift (12:00 pm – 10:30 pm) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 10‑hour days.
Base pay range$20.00/hr – $33.00/hr (2nd shift receives a $2/hr shift differential added to base pay).
Responsibilities- Electrical Systems & Controls – Navigate and troubleshoot control systems, interpret wiring schematics, apply safety codes, and conduct inspections.
- Influential Communication – Use verbal/nonverbal cues, business communication styles, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence – Understand regulatory and reporting requirements, standard operating procedures, and departmental functions, and ensure compliance with One Best Way and SOP documentation.
- Partnership & Collaboration – Map and engage stakeholders, support business case development, and deliver project activities.
- Data & Digital Literacy – Collect, analyze, and visualize data; apply digital tools and data governance practices to support decision‑making.
- Negotiation – Prepare relevant information, evaluate trade‑offs, and negotiate outcome‑driven results at all levels.
- Custodial Activities – Operate cleaning equipment, follow sanitation schedules, and adhere to environmental regulations.
- Schematics & Technical Drawings – Read blueprints, interpret drafting conventions, and locate wiring/equipment placements.
- 0‑1 year experience repairing or maintaining optical, mechanical, or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
- 1 year experience in construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environments.
- Eligible to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license within 90 days of hire.
- Additional certifications may be required based on state laws or requirements.
- Preferred: 3 years experience repairing or maintaining equipment in similar settings.
