You’ll Be Doing
- A key member of the People & Culture team, you are responsible for a number of critical components of our people-first strategy
- Leverage your heart for hospitality, caring for the team and our customers by ensuring an inviting and inspiring work environment
- Think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively
- Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
- Own the relationships with key office vendors and suppliers
- Support 2 key executive leaders with day-to-day organization and priority management, including travel planning and expenses
- Coordinate and execute various team events and offsite meetings
- Work cross-functionally with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
- Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
- Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommending changes in team practices and procedures
- Assist in all office operations as needed
- (Key Qualifications)
- Office Manager or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience supporting one or more leaders
- Experience thriving in a collaborative setting, able to work with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity and innovation for complex problem solving
- Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential material
- Experience booking domestic and international travel
- Proven ability to keep a calm head under pressure and exercise judgement
- Work autonomously with little direction and make decisions as needed
- Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment; a high degree of integrity when dealing with people and sensitive situations
- We love our snacks here t of your role will be ensuring the team snacks and drinks are stocked and ready. This will require frequent, physical handling of groceries, drinks, and supplies.
