Overview
The Sr. Manager of Customer Strategy will be involved in & lead a broad range of high impact initiatives for the Walmart Inc. US Team. Their work will span strategic, commercial, and executional responsibilities – including management of the +$800MM Pepsi Co Neighborhood Market business, leading white space work streams, supporting the JBP processes, and working closely with key cross‑functional stakeholders to continue developing/honing the +$2B WMT US Digital strategy.
Additionally, this role will be involved in key work streams by supporting the Chief of Staff for the Walmart Inc executive team, which includes Walmart US and Sam’s Club. This will require extensive interfacing with the Walmart Inc Leadership team as well as internal key stakeholders – Pepsi Co Beverages US (PBUS), Pepsi Co Foods US (PFUS), Finance, and Consumer Insights.
Responsibilities- Continue to develop and hone Walmart Inc. omnichannel strategy and execution in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Develop a focused strategy and manage the customer relationship for the +$800MM Pepsi Co Neighborhood Market business
- Support annual JBP and AOP processes across all Pepsi Co businesses
- Collaborate cross‑functionally across Finance, Marketing, Category, and Sales teams
- Support Chief of Staff for WMT Global SVP and WMT US SVP
- Act as a responsive partner, solving real‑time issues or addressing opportunities that arise for the sector within any of the key functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, etc.)
- Maintain a strong consumer packaged goods and retail industry network to ensure Pepsi Co has a clear competitive advantage and to track competitive performance
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- Strong cross‑functional partnership and process management capabilities, including the ability to influence without formal authority and operate effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Highly analytical and data‑driven, with hands‑on experience pulling and interpreting data from syndicated and internal sources (e.g., Circana, Luminate, Scintilla) and translating insights into actionable recommendations and executive‑ready materials.
- Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple work streams, meet deadlines, and drive outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer teams, sales, marketing, strategy, or related functions, with a track record of delivering impact through collaboration and structured problem solving.
- Recognized as a decisive thought leader, combining strong judgment with leadership presence and high personal accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
