Hiring Overview

• Part‑time Janitor positions opening immediately.
• Location: Rogers Public Schools, 901 N 13th Street, Rogers, AR 72756. Online applications only.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm‑8:00 pm. More details during interview.
• Requirement: Willing to receive training.
• Pay: $15.00‑$15.25 per hour.

Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including floors, rugs, walls, windows, and trash removal.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refine floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
