Join a well-respected law firm in Northwest Arkansas and become the go-to support partner for a busy team of litigation attorneys. If you love keeping people organized, catching typos before anyone else sees them, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare, proofread, and polish legal documents
- Keep attorney calendars, travel, and schedules on track
- Transcribe dictation and finalize correspondence
- Manage files (digital & old-school paper)
- File documents at the courthouse
- Handle confidential info with care and professionalism
- Pitch in with overflow work and lend a hand when assistants are out
- Keep supplies stocked and the office running smoothly
- 2+ years of legal support experience (bonus points for litigation)
- Typing skills at 60 WPM or better
- Sharp grammar/organization instincts
- Calm under pressure and a team-first mindset
- Discretion and professionalism at all times
- $50k - $55k DEO
