Overview

Technology Consulting - Managed Services - SAP Operations and . EY's Technology Operations Managed Services team (Tech Ops) works with some of the world's largest companies. The solution team caters to account teams and clients in all sectors with an emphasis on large, complex managed service deals. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation and support of our technology solutions.

• Delivering quality support and resolving issues within the context of key business processes.
• Contributing to initiatives that drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational level agreements established by service delivery.
• Travel as needed by external clients and participate in client working sessions daily.

• Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4
  
  Hana, Rise and/or Grow.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, offshore experience and driving offshore delivery.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and technology service management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management.
• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Data Delivery and Management understanding.
• Stakeholder Management experience.
• Technology Ecosystem Operations familiarity.
• Technology Service Management experience.
• Troubleshooting triage skills.
• Ability to establish client trust and value; strong relationship management.
• Digital fluency and emotional agility; hybrid collaboration.
• Strong driving outcomes and learning agility.

• Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support.
• Track record delivering quality support in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
