At Sunshine School & Development Center, we believe in shattering limitations and helping every child shine their brightest. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role is central to ensuring that students and families receive high-quality, individualized support and services.
Compensation- Starting pay: $75,000-$87,000 annually, depending on experience
- Supervise and lead a team of RBTs, ensuring evidence-based, individualized treatment.
- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Implement interventions such as one-on-one therapy, family treatment, group instruction, and classroom consultation.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress across environments.
- Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide staff/family training.
- Credentialed BCBA (Behavior Analysis Certification Board).
- Experience supervising RBTs and exam candidates.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children and/or children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
- Strong assessment, program design, and collaboration skills.
