Physical Therapy Assistant, PRN; Northwest, AR

• Provide daily care including gait training, balance exercises, strength training, endurance exercises, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and wellness

• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current and valid licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to apply for licensure
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
• Current Arkansas license or eligibility to obtain license within one month of hire
• LSVT BIG or PWR! Moves certification preferred

• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in rehabilitation therapy
• Familiarity with patient education and support techniques
• Skills in developing individualized health plans and care coordination
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and maintain high-quality care standards
