Responsibilities and Skills- Own the project lifecycle for project budgets, schedules, and keeping the work profitable and on track.
- Lead and inspire while working within a collaborative team environment. You'll work closely with a great team, helping mentor our EITs and designers. We're looking for someone who enjoys sharing what they know and helping others.
- Lead the QC process. Leverage your deep understanding of U.S. and local design codes to ensure seamless permitting and constructability.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our civil practice. This role offers significant growth potential for a leader who is motivated to build client relationships and contribute to the firm's long-term success.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas
- Experience:
7+ years or relevant experience with a specific focus in site development and land development - Experience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
